1) What are the documents to be submitted to your office once we are selected by Foreign Employers?
 
  • Birth Certificate and Marriage License (as applicable) duly authenticated by the National Statistics Office (NSO)
  • Diploma and Transcript of Records
  • Certificates of Training and Employment
  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
  • Medical Certificate
  • Passport
2) Are we already committed once we have signed the Employment Offers?
 
Yes, you are already committed, signing of the Employment means accepting the job offer. In case, you are not amenable with the terms and condition of the offer, you have to tell the Recruitment Officer immediately; so we can negotiate with the Foreign Employer. If the FE is not open for negotiation, you have to decline it. We strictly advise you not to sign the Employment Offer and later on back out. We mean business; we have many waiting list applicants who are very willing to fill in your position.
 
3) Do we have another option once we have failed the medical examination?
 
We will advise you to get second opinion from another accredited medical institution.
 
4) Until what stage does your agency assist us?
 
Our assistance will continue trough out the period of your contract employment. We want to make sure that the Master Employment Contract you both signed will be religiously followed. In case, the Foreign Employer will breach the contract you have to call us so we can take the necessary action.
5) What are the consequences once I breach the contract?
 
You have to pay whatever damages your violation has incurred plus you have to pay for your return home ticket.
