ACCREDITATION of FOREIGN CLIENT
Listed hereunder are the documents that must be furnished, signed and executed between FOREIGN CLIENT and LUXURY & JP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONS, later, be duly authenticated by the Philippine Labor Attaché or Consulate office in the country of employment and to be submitted by our agency to Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.

1. Corporate License of our Foreign Client.

2. Manpower Request – it includes information on wages, number of workers needed and the terms and conditions of employment.

3. Master Employment Contract (MEC).

4. Standard Recruitment Agreement (SRA) between LUXURY & JP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION and Foreign Client duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or its representative in the country of employment.

5. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)-authorizes LUXURY & JP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONS to recruit process and deploy workers on behalf of the Foreign Client.

6. Copy of valid IDs of the authorize signatories of the documents including signature and photo. This will serve as a proof that the signatures in the documents are official.

 
RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
 
1) ACCREDITATION of JOB ORDERS by POEA
 
Job orders by our Foreign Clients must be first submitted to POEA for official approval.
 
2) OUTSOURCING of APPLICANTS
 
By searching in database, advertisement, job portal, job fairs, interactive recruitment networks, personal reference by satisfied and deployed workers and their relatives.
 
3) SCREENING of APPLICANTS
 
All candidates will be screened by Recruitment Officers; those who are short-listed will go further assessment.
4) INTERVIEW AND SELECTION BY FOREIGN EMPLOYER
 
Foreign Employers will only interview the short-listed candidates and once they made their final selection; we make the final arrangement for them.
5) MEDICAL Examinations and PSYCHOLOGICAL TEST
 
We ensure that the selected candidates have passed the duly accredited medical institute’s tests and are emotionally, psychologically and physically fit for the job.
6) TRAINING and TRADE TEST
 
All skilled workers will be trade test by Technical Education and Skill Development Authority (TESDA) to ensure that they have the required skills needed by the Foreign Client
7) DOCUMENTATION and VISA PROCESSING
 
Overseas Employment Certificate, Visa Stamping, and other pertinent documents are being processed in an efficient and speedy manner.
8) PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION
 
Workers to be deployed will be properly oriented with the terms and condition stipulated in Master Employment Contract, the culture and laws of their destined country, and lastly; the itinerary of their flight.
9) DEPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE
 
Our assistance to our applicants will not end on their departure, rather, it will continue until they will reach their destinations and are properly received by their Employers.
